1. Application

The automatic hydraulic press is mainly used for bath salt balls, bath salt blocks, multi-layer and multi-color bath salt blocks, and powder molding.

2. Working principle

This type of machine has a four-column structure. The upper oil cylinder is a plunger cylinder and is placed on the top, which plays a pressing role. The lower oil cylinder also feeds the plunger cylinder and is placed on the bottom. Together with the upper oil cylinder, it completes the pressing action and ejects the product. After that, the auxiliary oil cylinder is added. This machine has adjustment, semi-automatic, and fully automatic working modes to choose from. The adjustment action can be adjusted by adjusting the corresponding button to get the point action of the slider.
