Working Principle

Packaging film (PVC,PVC/PE, double aluminum composite film ) rolled through the device into the filling process, the stirring liquid is going through high-precision metering pump then automatically is filled into the blank shell to become a suppository particles, according to a preset length, the particles is cut automatically into segments and are fed into the cooling device to cool .In the cooling device, in a certain period of time, making the liquid solidification. The suppository particles into segments by the cooling means ( also after the liquid is solidified ) into sealing stage , while shaping, batch number , and finally further cutting molding.

In summary, this machine efficiently processes substrates like synthetic fatty acid glycerides and polyethylene glycol to produce various suppository shapes at a rate of 4,000-4,500 pieces per hour.
