Synthetic Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMO)

Using synthetic biology techniques and artificial intelligence algorithms, oligosaccharides (HMO) in breast milk are synthesized, which is a compound with important applications in infant formula. By using the genetically modified strain platform (GMM platform), the yield of 2 '- fucosylactose (2' - FL) in HMO was significantly increased, while reducing industrial production costs.
